Lance’s Week Home

Hi Everyone!
Sorry it’s been a while for an update but Lance has definitely kept me busy all week! We have been entertaining, showing houses, going to the office, and had a haircut from SportsClips. It looks really great and he is thinking about keeping it super short for a while. He is back to working a bit (with me as a side-kick) and gradually working up more strength. His spirit and personality are back to our Lance and he is gearing up for radiation and chemo.

He will start next Monday Nov 1st (All Saint’s Day) for his first treatment and will continue for the next six weeks, five days a week. We feel so blessed with having all of our family and friends surrounding us and for such great medical treatment only 15 mins away.

We thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for the prayers, the comfort and the food!! We are so grateful and appreciative for everything. Please keep the prayers going, especially through his radiation and chemo. The power of your prayers is so amazing and we would be indebted for life.

Thank you so much,

Francine

  1. Dear Lance and Francine,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We are glad to hear you are progressing and healing. Remember that rest is important so go slow with the fly fishing. Also we truly enjoyed your wonderful wedding. Both of you are very special.
    Fondly,

  2. I have the greatest faith that Lance can do this. I’m still praying to St. Dymphna for him. He’s in everyone’s prayers at the office, and my 5 kids are praying too.

Lance and the rest of the Snyder fmaily, it has been a long time since I have seen you all but hope & pray for the best in your recovery. In working at The Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston many years ago I saw many positive examples of people fighting through the battle you are fighting right now – with many great outcomes – which I am sure will be the case for you Lance. Keep up the fight, Sarah (Goehring) Repice

Best to wishes to you through your treatment! I’ll be saying my prayers from down here in Florida!
